I imagine what it would look like! If you cup your hand, it's about what would fit in there without spilling over the top.

Yikes sorry you mean SS plus - about a third less than I just said!

I wonder, since one of the options is 4 sachets and some amount of skim milk, could I just do my regular 3 sachets and finally have some coffee with sweetener and skim milk? That would be fab, maybe just one a few of the days. I do so miss my coffee, just can't stomach it black though

Sorry, I don't know much about SS+ to advise re the coffee, but picking up on your first post, as you mentioned peas I just wanted to check that you were aware peas/sugar snaps aren't allowed as they have too much sugar. :)

Yeah, thanks. Peas were the only veg I could think of at the moment that you could actually get onto a tablespoon to measure :)

1 tablespoon Dry weight is 15 grams so your SS+ meal can contain 30 grams of the allowed veg or salad.

Much easier and top tip go for rocket or watercess or lettuce you get far more:D
