I'm confused by calculating points.com!

Hello everyone,

Just a quick question I have this calculation for working points out without the Weight Watcher calculator :

(Cals/70) + (Sat Fat/4) = Points

Now I tried this on weight watchers cookies as a test run but I calculated 1.7 so logically I would round up to 2 but the box only classes them as 1.5 points. Now have I miss something as I have always been told to round up rather than down if a sum is over 1.5. Hope this makes sense!!

Please could someone kindly help with my dodgy sum or point me in the right direction.
:)

WW round down, which is why 1 slice of bread is only 1pt but 2 slices is 2.5pts.
Weight Watchers POINTS® Calculator use that if you have access to the internet on your phone and on your pc!

The calculation is actually (cals / 66) + (sat. fat / 4.12). But yeah, they round to the nearest half number, not up or down :)
