Sam, you have a tummy bug.....drink plenty of water flush it thru

dont give up on the diet hun the sickness ISNT caused by it, leave the shakes for a day and just drink water
then try introducing the diet back in after that and see how you go

my wee girl gets tummy bugs all the time due to her lowered immunity
first think you do is stop food and milk, they make it worse!
clear fluids, keep sipping at them
and re itroduce foods slowly
she usually has to go on dyoralyte but she does dehydrate at lightening speed

even if you dont lose, dont give in, you dont want to end up regretting it
