congratulations - i loved slimming for my wedding - but what with cake testing and menu tasting its hard work!

30 day shred is BRILLIANT for general toning up......xxx

Oh and remember a size 14 in the high st shops is a size 16/18 in wedding dress sizes - they are always much smaller!

Ooo thanks for tip off Ellebear...i didnt realise that wedding dresses were smaller, so ill bear that in mind.

going to look at my first one tomorrow....my friend is selling hers, so im off for a nosey and try on if she'll let me lol x
