i'm going to .... for lunch, need help

i am going to McDonalds.
have looked up syn value on line and wondered if they still did their salads?

it would have been easy for me to say "no, i'm not going" but i really want to fit SW into my normal life, so figure that this is the best way of doing it.

or any other suggestions for lunch. not having chips!! i am leaving at 1pm

McSalad with low fat french dressing - 1.5 syns on both days
McSalad with ranch dressing - 7.5 syns on both days
McSalad with thousand island dressing - 6 syns on both days
McSalad with out dressing - 0 syns on both days
McSalad Chicken Tikka - 8.5 syns on both days

Bare in mind hun, ive taken that from the 2006 book at im currently at work and my 2009 book is at home! Hopefully it shouldnt differ too much though x

could only get it without the ranch dressing which was 3syns red and 10syns green.

when i go onto SW website, the grilled chicken salad without ceasar dressing and croutons is 2 syns on a red. then i looked up balsamic dressing and it was 2 syns per tablespoon. so i have calculated it as 4 syns, may go to 5 syns just to make sure.
