I've just weighed in this morning and I've put on 1lb. I know it's not much and looking back over the past week I can see where I've gone wrong, but I just can't help feeling really upset about it. Daft I know and am sure it will come off next week. Will keep glugging water!

im also having an overhaul of my habits this week, dropped the bars and water flavourings and upped my water intake, heres to hoping overhauls work

try not to feel down hun we all have our bad weeks dieting is never easy and its only 1lb which will come off in no time and atleast you kind of know where it went abit wrong, stop worrying about it and just be happy with your great loses so far. i bet your next weigh in will be great!!! x
