I'm Hungry!

    I'm Hungry. I'm on day 5. I weighed myself on Wednesday and I was 10.11, now I'm 10.13 so i've gained. Whats happening? How do you get over being hungry? :cry:

    mmmm, did you weigh yourself at different times of the day? Have you been eating all your packs and drinking lots and lots and lots of water? Is it TOTM? These are all reasons that you might be showing a wee gain but dont worry, if you have been 100% good than this diet will work xxx

    As cyprusbride says, there are LOADS of reasons why your weight fluctuates. Try to stay off the scales in between official weigh ins, as it can be really disheartening. My weight fluctuates by about half a stone in a day, so make sure you do it at same time every day.
