Im new 2

Hi Everyone
I am new here, I am at the very beginning of what i consider to be a mammoth journey. with 8 stones to lose.

so far I have lost 2 stones and 6 pounds, and I have come to a bit of a stand still, which is why I joined this forum for help and support from people who know what they are talking about, and know how I feel
