Im doing atkins - it works for me, but there are loads of options, have a flick through a few and see what suits you

Welcome to this fab board!

The key is finding what works for you, willpower is a VERY new skill I seem to have mastered in the last week or so, and it's only because I want to lose weight SO bad after failing so many times in the past.

Good luck with your weight loss, if you find the right lifestyle for you, you can definately do it!!
