hi hun, i've got a lot to lose too, i have come to realise that making sure you have your 3 100cal snacks and drinking at least 2 litres of water is key.

i lost 7lbs in the first week so it definitely works.

needing to pee every 5 mins is what is normal, and make sure you are drinking loads... i did get head aches from the first few days but then they went (think it was my body screaming for what it used to have.) but i just drank more and it helped.
