Hiya all,
Im new to weight watchers, after years of crash diets, and yo yo dieting, i decided to give it a try!
In the past the diets i have tried have worked, but only temporarily..
The Cambridge Diet - collapsed in the gym due to lack of foodagel;youre not meant to do heavy excercise but i thought it would speed up the weight loss!
ABC Diet - ABC diet is where you change your daily allowance of calories everyday - i only found out later that it stood for Ana Boot Camp! horrible horrible diet - got down to 150 cals per day but i was NOT happy =(
South Beach Diet - high protein that focuses on replacing fat with muscle
Size Zero Diet - 500 cals per day
Super Size Zero Diet - 250 cals per day
I have also tried diet pills - you name it ive tried it!
Adios,
Acomplia,
Rimonabant,
Lipotrim,
Alli,
NV
and there is the obvious - not eating at all.
i must highlight that NONE of the above helped longterm, and i have ended up doing is screwing up my metabolism - and at 21 that is NOT good =(
Weight watchers seems to be working - only 3 1/2 lbs lost in 2 weeks, and im teaching myself to be patient!!
yes i could lose a stone in a week, i have done that before with the extreme diets i have tried in the past; but i want to keep it off, and be healthy, get my metabolism back on track...
Anyone else new to Weight Watchers?
Words of advice are most welcome!!! xxx
