Leuty - as with any diet, as we near our target weight, weight loss slows. That's usually the time to seek to change a few things. Increase exercise, for instance. How about posting your menus in the daily thread? Perhaps we can make some suggestions to help out. If weight loss is slowing dramatically, I'd advise cutting down on dairy (and checking which yoghurts you're buying...!), ham and other processed meats, etc;

Utternutta.... err it's a good diet but you'd be very restricted without meat. Do you eat all fish, tofu, quorn etc? read up on the diet and see whether it's worth investing the few quid on buying the book
