I'm new!

Thanks! Lost 2lbs which I'm really pleased about considering the lovely food I had on monday!
 
Well done on a great beginning. I joined SW in October '11 and lost nearly 3 stone to get to target. I still go to weekly weigh in and ALWAYS stay for Image Therapy. I found this site only recently and hope it will help keep me motivated to keep the weight off and continue with my exercise goals.

The journey so far has been about getting to target, but now I'm here I realise that is not the end. I also want to support and encourage other people so that they can enjoy their journey as much as I have. I've made great friends through SW, including a running partner, a walking partner and invites to social events - it really has changed my life.
