hi guys I just started Minimims and my weight loss journey. I am getting married in little over a year and want to lose 26lbs by then. Actually, I want to lose 26lbs by October/November time because I want to go dress shopping.

I'm going to try and stick to calorie counting as it works best for me. Any tips from anyone on their journey??

Protein helps to curb hunger, non starchy veggies are filling and are low in calories plus they are so good for you...
 
Congratulations from me too and wishing you success. A friend advised me to always keep a few hard boiled eggs in the fridge to us as a stop gap meal and it works. :)
