    ...But I've been getting bored of the shakes, so I got a pack of soup today, Chicken and Mushroom infact.
    What do you guys think of it? Any tips on how to make it, and what spices I could maybe add to it, to make it a more bearable experience?

    Hi hun
    I usually add things like curry powder, chinese 5 spice, pepper or chilli flakes to my soups xx
