Well as the title says im finishing with cd- im done with trying im miserable and completely fed up with it so its time for a change- im going to give weight watchers a go!
dont get me wrong- i love cd and i believe in it totally but its not working for me right now! im playing with it and not following the rules so its time to leave!

Good luck to you! I am prone to self sabotage and have messed about all last year I am hoping to get back on CD and finish what I started but only done day one so far, weight watchers meetings made me cry mad but true ! so I think you are brave girl x hope it works for you x
