Attack Im part veggie can i attack??

    Hoping someone out there can help me.

    I'm wanting to start Dukan but I work in a religious building and am only able to take vegetarian food.

    Am I allowed to eat quorn as a form of protein? I don't really eat fish but can all meat except pork!

    I've just come off Lighter Life due to financial restraints and I'm desperate not to put all my weight back on!

    Please let me know what I can and can't eat for the first few days! I've ordered the books but they haven't arrived yet?

    You'll find a lot of information in our FAQs section, but I wouldn't recommend starting the diet without some online research at least.

    Quorn is fine - just buy the natural stuff and cook it yourself (as pre packaged meals will probably have non ok Dukan ingredients added). Your lunches can revolve more around eggs, and quorn in attack, perhaps using your oatbran then too (it'd mean a protein breakfast, mind!).

    I couldnt find Oat bran in my local supermarket so bought wheat bran instead, will that be ok?

    I'm planning on 5 days on attack so it shouldn't be too bad and was thinking of yoghurts for breakfast and omelettes for lunch!

    Will definitely wait until my books arrive as they should be here soon!

    No, wheatbran is not the same thing at all... and has a totally different use (and isn't ok in attack!).

    If you go to our FAQs, you'll see that one of the first things we like is to see your current stats. It's impossible for us to gauge whether you're eating enough protein, or how long your attack period should be, without them.

    I managed to get Oat Bran so won't use wheat bran! I even made Dukan galette this morning and it was really nice!

    My stats are 5ft 4inches and I weigh 12st 12lbs.

    I'm hoping to lose 2 stone with the help of Dukan and am half way through my first day. So far so good!

    Thanks for the advise re: oat bran, I found some in a supermarket near work!
