I've decided to restart the cambridge diet. I done it last year and lost under 2 stone but I've put some of it back on. I liked the losses on cd so I'm back and I'm going to finish it. The last time I done it I went up to 810 and stopped. I didn't go up the rest of the plans. So this time I will. I don't get weighed till tonight so I'll update my ticker later. I'm actually excited to be restarting and getting the excess weight off, lol.
