    I havent really struggled before but since my second shake I have been starving!!
    Trying to ignore it and drink lots of water.
    Any tips on how to get over it please?!?

    yep had all 4 meals today.
    Just tidied the spare bedroom to take my mind off it

    or get out the house/ early bed

    anything to take your mind off it

    you will feel hungry but not for long ;)
