I've made a boob

I left my tablets in work and i'm off 2moro for a hospital appt and work isnt really close!!!!

So no pills tomorrow i'm raging at myself!! I usually keep a strip in my purse but used the last tonight!!!

I'll cope ok, I know I wont stray of my healthy low fat eating but just didnt want the tablets out of my system for a full day!
