I'm glad I'm a vegetarian or I would be craving some pork now. Before I became veggie meat was my weakness. I still crave it and it's usually fixed with some thick Bisto - who knows what I'll do now?!
Just don't fret over it, jump back up on the wagon and away you go!
Cos were a family of five, its cheaper for us to buy a joint of gammon, than buy individual gammon (which works out twice the cost), and I always did love the gammon fat lol So to avoid it I cut it off, before I cook it, just like someone else suggested to do with your pork. I know how tempting it is though, I make good crackling. yum yum I think it would speak to me if I left it on...'eat me...eat meeeee' lol
BTW not that I am encouraging anyone, but its rubbing salt in the fat, that makes it crackle.
LOL im glad i'm not the only one that like a bit of fat. TBH thats the thing i struggle with most, i love fat and skin!! Wish i was one of those ppl that hates fat but hey ho!
Back on track today and motivated now, just weighed in and lost 2.5lb

haha I'm exactly the same, I genuinly love the taste of fat! People always say eww no I definitely get rid of it, and I really wish I was like that!
Although I still manage to take all the skin off poultry, fat off meat etc. I dont really miss it, I can just have a bit occasionally eg. a bit of crackling which has got to be one of my faves!! x
