ok so was thinking hmmmm what do i fancy for tea

i really fancied a butterflied frylite pan fried chicken breast with salad and a low syn pasta salad from coop

I WANTED SOMETHING REALLY HEALTHY

and it tasted blooming fab it was really nice to crave something healthy today
