I've been up and down between 14 and 15 stone for 6 months and I'm now changing my lifestyle for the very last time!! I started on 10/06/13 at 210lb and have lost 6lbs in two weeks. I'm not following a diet plan or anything, just cutting down portion sizes and the amount I eat with exercise aswell. Hopefully I can stick at it for longer this time. I'd ideally like to be 13st by 16/09/2013 as I'm going to turkey with the other half for 10 days.
I'm determined to do this and be back to 9st or comfortable in my body by this time next year!
