I'm Starting Again

Hi Everyone

I done Cambridge back at the start of the year but gave up. Iv got my appointment with my consultant booked for the 24th May to start again. I am not doing sole source though as i really missed eating proper food last time so i am doing the next stage up so i can have something lol.

Cant wait to go over it all and get started.

Welcome back and good luck, let us know how you get on. I started on step 3, down to step 2, decided to ss for a couple of weeks, do what it right for you if step 2 is easier go for it

So started again today and so far had some water and a mango shake. Not sure if I like the mango or not lol
