Im still here, but having to refeed for a week..

I have'nt disappeared or given up yet with the diet!!

Had my wisdom teeth out yesterday so im looking like i have been 5 rounds with Tyson. Doc told me to refeed for a week before the op so i did and managed to lose 3lbs still which was great.

Gonna have to refeed again this week cos of all the painkillers im on and due to the fact that im having to eat yoghurts, ice cream and jelly at the moment!! Yum yum!!! Mouth is still numb but i'll get there!!

Just dont want you all to think i abandoned ya!!
