Just wanted to say, sorry i have not been on the site at all, there is just so much going on in my life at the moment I just don't know if i am coming or going, I will bring you all up to date with things when i have more time.

last week I lost 3lbs and this week I lost 2.5lbs on the 1500kcal so am getting there. I am now 11 stone 13lbs
