Im stuck!!

    extra easy
    Have followed diet strictly, doing extra easy, was losing fime to start with but past 3weeks no loss no gain- advice? Do I keep going ? what could be the problem?

    Are you eating enough superfree? Are you drinking enough water?
    Just two ideas... are you measuring HExs?

    We've all been there but as Shrimpy says check eating enough superfree, weighing where nec & drinking enough water.

    But on a brighter note at least you've not gained, keep going it does work.

    Why don't you post your diary we'll have look & see what we think.:D

    struggle a bit with superfree foods cause i dont really like any of them.I dont like water either.Have been weighing everything as im supposed to and following the points strictly.

    Well there is your answer, I also would suggest trying red or green days instead. If you don't like water would you drink it with cordial?

    My suggestion would be to try a few Red days if you are stuck. If I have a Red day, I tend to fill up on the meat/fish and veg/salad and not so much of the stodgy carbs.
