i really really want to eat

and i cant get in touch with my cdc to swap some food packs for bars grrr
 
Day 4 & 5 were particularly hard for me. It does get easier I promise. Try and keep yourself busy and try to keep your mind off food, easier said than done I know. If you're feeling hungry drink water, it does help and remeber it will be worth it in the end. Stay strong hun x
 
I'm sure you can't have the bars until week 3?

It will get easier, just fill up on the water and keep yourself busy. It will pass. Or at least get easier!

week 3 for the bars is right. just keep busy and drink lots of water. ur nearly there just 3more day till a week.
