I can remember the last time I had my height measured but I've always known I was 5' 2.5". That is what I have based my BMI on.
I went to the hospital today for an appointment and a nurse called me to do my height and weight. The weight I didn't take much notice of as it was in KGs and I work in stones and pounds, however when she did my height she said I was 162cm which is just under 5'4". That means my BMI has come down to 23 from 24.8.
