Sarah-Jayne, I wish whole-heartedly that you get through this, you have achieved something I never have, you have hit your target weight, I have been on and off various diets for the last 20+

years, and have never got there, why? because I get to the place where you are at now, feeling miserable etc. before I even get to target and then it starts to creep on, you know the cycle. I've always said that this time, when asked how much I've lost to reach target my honest reply should be something like 40 stone, 'cos over the years, thats what it adds up to, and its took me over 20 years to do it.
"Becase ive been doing SW for so long now and im well below my target weight my weight loss has slowed down, almost stopped"
Remember, you are in target, you should now be maintaining, so you are doing fine xx
They (not sure who they are mind) always say maintaining the loss is harder than losing it (not that I know).
