I'm working up the programs and leaving...

    I have lost alot on Cambridge but I dont think i can do any more.

    I am working my way up and will be off it in around 2 weeks then doing low gi and alot of gym.

    Thanks everyone for all your support will post back here sometimes.

    I am giving my self a month on GI if I cant lose then I may well be back

    Do what works for you Kelly! You've done really well with your losses so far.

    Make sure you post with your progress, I'd be interested in knowing how you get on too, I love the gym and that's something that i'm missing out on at moment on SS.

    You have done so well.. If you feel like you need a change then go for it you need to be happy doing what you are doing.
    You know you can always come back if what you start doing doesnt work out for you..

    You've done brilliantly on CD but low GI is a great maintenance plan. Lots of luck :)
