    I know ive posted this in the Bouillon related thread, but im not sure if people go there much.

    Bouillon : is this allowed on ss? and can u have it on the first week?

    im not really loving the soups and im dying for something savoury so i think this would work.

    plz plz answer im starving

    not sure if its allowed but i've had a cup today. i only have one teaspoon a day.

    No S ing & sensible eating.
    I'm just drinking a cup of marigold bouillon and I think it's ok to have 2 teaspoons a day, which for me is 2 mugs full.
    There are several kinds but the 2 I've got are the reduced salt one and the organic one. Dilemma here - the reduced salt one has more carbs in it, whereas the organic one, whihc is quite salty has fewer. I've opted for the low carb one and find it does help hunger pangs and tastes ok.

    As far as I know it is... not sure if you have to wait 2 weeks, like for the water flavours, but I know it is allowed. Why not ring you CDC to get confirmation?

    the supermarket didnt have any :( probably just as well, cos im sure i would have wanted to eat after it, was struggling to today but made in 100% thankfully

    Umm. I don't think it's officially allowed, but they do have a CD version which is lower in salt than most supermarket brands. As you say, these can be taken from week 3.

    Having said that, I think Missy has been doing LT?? so probably firmly in ketosis already so should be okay.
