Hi everyone,

Doing SW at home so all advice is welcome if I'm going wrong anywhere!

March 2nd 2015

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HexB) with semi-skimmed milk from allowance (HexA), chopped banana (superfree) on top and 1tsp sweetener

Snack- Aldi Duneen Fat Free Strawberry Yoghurt, 1 Clementine

Lunch:Baked potato with Tesco 0% fat cottage cheese, large superfree salad (spinach,tomato, spring onions and cucumber - dressed with dressing made from Aldi fat free natural yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper)

Dinner: SW Chicken Korma with rice, large superfree salad as before

Snack: Dime Bar - 7.5 syns

Snack- Muller Light Strawberry yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries (superfree)

Lunch:Spicy Tomato Mug Shot with large salad (lettuce, grated carrot, tomato and sweetcorn - no dressing)

Snack: Irish Yoghurt's Fat Free Diet Yoghurt with pear

Dinner:SW Spaghetti Bolognese with broccoli (superfree)

Syns:Walkers Baked - 5 syns, Velvet Crunch - 4 syns, Curly Wurly - 6 syns

Total syns - 15

Snack: Irish Yoghurts Fat Free Yoghurt and 1 banana

Lunch: Baked potato with Tesco 0% fat cottage cheese, large superfree salad (spinach, tomato, cucumber)

Snack: Irish Yoghurts Fat Free Yoghurt and 1 apple

Dinner: Pork chop with fat removed, roast potatoes cooked in Frylight, mixed vegetables

Snack: Walkers Baked - 5 syns, Velvet Crunch - 4 syns, Curly Wurly - 6 syns
 
Breakfast - Fat free natural yoghurt with summer berries

Snack - Muller Light Vanilla yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: Tomato and Herb Mug Shot and superfree salad (grated carrot, tomato, cucumber and 1 boiled egg)

Dinner: 1 slice wholemeal toast (HexB) with 1 can reduced sugar baked beans, 5 mushrooms and half an onion fried in Frylight

Snack: Walkers Baked - 5 syns, Velvet Crunch - 4 syns, Curly Wurly - 6 syns
