So I've had a week off for various reasons.. Didn't really overeat I don't think but definitely not on plan.
L- aubergine and lentil stew, rice, cheese (3/4 hexa)
D- beef bourginon (2 syns)

Day 92 more or less back to it today (and rest of the week I hope)
L- eggs, sausages (2 syns), bacon
D- part of a sw Thai green curry with rice
S- 3 babybel (hexa), toast (hexb) with Philly (1.5 syns), freddo (5 syns), milk (7 syns), fruit, yoghurt with honey (1 syn)
