Hi, not been on here for a while as I've been busy at work and then away on holiday. Now I'm back off my hols and finding it really hard to get back on track. On my scales I managed to LOSE 2lb while away put had a naff weekend and have put it back on :break_diet:. I really want to get back on my diet but don't seem to have any will-power (perhaps I left it on the plane with my bag duty free!!). It's my WI on Tues evening so I have 2 days to work at it. Want a red coupe of days but not sure what to have now . Any help would be greatly received.
