I am so happy - I'm in the 13's!!! Only just, but I'm there. Don't think I've been this weight for about 1.5 years.

I'm so happy I feel quite weepy and emotional

I actually bought myself a new necklace to reward myself

Feels quite strange, but nice, not rewarding myself with food.
