I got the inch loss book when I picked up the latest magazine, the meal plans look very similar only not quite as many options to choose from. I was a bit confused too, I was hoping for more ideas!
Ive just found my fat attack booklet a little red one not sure i could cope with 2 weeks of it again but it is a good starter book i did very well the first time i did it and lost 9lbs that fortnight.
