OK Here's the result of my monthly measuring. As you can see I measure lots of places - but I find it really motivational.

After 3 months on the diet:
Total weight loss 31 pounds

Bust Was 43 now 39 1/2 Lost 3 1/2
Under boobs Was 36 Now 34 Lost 2
Smallest waist Was 36 1/2 Now 32 Lost 4 1/2
Navel Was 39 Now 37 1/2 Lost 1 1/2
Largest belly Was 42 Now 38 Lost 4
Hips (largest) Was 44 1/2 Now 40 1/2 Lost 4
Thigh Was 27 Now 23 1/2 lost 3 1/2
Knee Was 18 1/2 Now 16 Lost 1 1/2
Arm Was 14 Now 12 1/2 Lost 1 1/2

TOTAL INCHES LOST 27!

I'm really pleased with this - I've never lost 4 inches from anywhere except when I gave birth. And I'm flabbergasted to find just how much spare flab was on my knees and arms.

Bring on August and more losses!
