Indian - Chicken shaslick

i know this has probably been posted a million times and ive searched and looked but none have a straight enough answer.

so, does anyone know the syn values of a chicken shaslick from an indian restaurant?

and does it work out better if i have my usual green days and use the chicken as a HEB and the veg as free and the rice as free (adding a few syns for possible oil usage)

or have a red day and do the same but HEB the rice and add some syns again for oil usage and the like.

or.. just totally syn the lot.

any help would be appreciated. cheers.

There won't be a straight answer, only a guesstimate! Can you not have an EE day so you can have the chicken and the rice?

Also you cant have rice as a HExB go EE it will definitely be easier

I tend to count it as tandoori chicken, when I have it as a takeaway I also throw away the pot of 'toothpaste sauce' that that send and make my own out of natural yogurt and a teaspoon of mint sauce for 1/2 a syn as I don't know the ingredients of theirs! X
