i know this has probably been posted a million times and ive searched and looked but none have a straight enough answer.
so, does anyone know the syn values of a chicken shaslick from an indian restaurant?
and does it work out better if i have my usual green days and use the chicken as a HEB and the veg as free and the rice as free (adding a few syns for possible oil usage)
or have a red day and do the same but HEB the rice and add some syns again for oil usage and the like.
or.. just totally syn the lot.
any help would be appreciated. cheers.
