Dry meat - like tandoori chicken is great. If you desperately want a curry, dahl is good as it's veggie (lentils). Go for boiled rice rather than pilau, and avoid naan.

Mmmmmm dry chicken tikka pieces with onion salad an yoghurt mint dip!!! I'd actually rather have that than a curry anyway lol just hide the peshwari naan from me and I'm good!!!!
