Ok, so my little girl was Ill yesterday and ended up down a n e till stupid o'clock...so we had Indian when we got home. I had brown boiled rice and chicken tikka pieces. I was doing a healthy n filling day so the chicken n rice should be free do I only try and guesstimate the tikka flavouring or is this just wishful thinking???
