Going for a curry tonight and was wondering what too eat!! Ive got 10 points left for today and 6 banked. Also on the online tracker it shows i have 6 banked for this week does this mean i can go over one day??

Indian is probably one of the worst meals regarding points. I love Tikka Masala but hate the thought of the points values. Tikka Masala is 21pts and a Pilau Rice is 12pts!!

most currys are around 20 points each and thats just for the curry

Chicken Tikka (peices of chicken) is 8 points for 8 peices
vegetable curry is 10points thats the lowest i can see in my eating out guide

Usually i wouldnt go but my friend who died last year its her birthday so theres a few of us going out to celebrate. Ill just have salad and tandorri chicken i think x
