Indians, Italians and chinese - help!

    This time last year I got my dream job reviewing restaurants in my area. It was only a months work, but I always wanted to be a writer, and it got my foot in the door.
    The problem is I've been asked to do it again this year, and my first 3 jobs are an Indians, Italians and Chinese!
    I have no clue what i can eat, especially at the Indians as I've never actually had one before! Also apart from the fact that I'm on a diet, I'm a really fussy eater and dont actually like tomatoes, onions or mushrooms, or spicy foods, help me please!!!

    my only suggestion would to be look in your book to make the best choices and eat as much super free food throughout the day. Its still possible to lose well even if having a meal out with the right planning xox

    rogan josh,jalfrezi are both 6 syns according to calculator. Tandoori chicken is 9. Boiled rice is free.You could have one of the curries with the rice .Avoid,korma, and the other creamy curries and naan bread.

    if you dont like tomatoes or onions your best to go with the dried meats, do EE and have boiled rice. They also do a chicken skewer thing but i can remember what it's called.

    Unfortunately most of the low syn things are tomato based, i have made a list of all the syns somewhere. i will post it hold on...
