Jenny_b Gold Member 9 February 2010 #2 hey hun, i use mine about 3 times a week. yeah it is cardio but if u alter the resistance to make it harder then its more resistance then cv and will tone u up. take it easy at first hun as u may get light headed if u do 2 much x x
