hey hun, i use mine about 3 times a week.
yeah it is cardio but if u alter the resistance to make it harder then its more resistance then cv and will tone u up.

take it easy at first hun as u may get light headed if u do 2 much

I love the rower, I find it relaxing, I go into a bit of a trance going backwards and forwards!

I find it good for arms, shoulders and thighs.
