Week 1 -3.5lbs

Quite happy with that! If I'm spot on with points and fit exercise in I could probably get another 2-3lb this week before it evens out and settles down.
 
It was awful! Won't be having it again

Those are Ryvita Crackerbreads Sweetie, not 'real' Ryvita, somebody made a good point that they aren't very filling, a bit I've a puff of air lol x
