Thanks a million for all the replies. I am just having my first few moments of finding it hard, but already I find you are keep me going on here. Its great to have this place. I cant say I am really having a problem with the shakes etc. I still feel I have an awful lot of research to do, so far I only know about sole source, I dont know about the other programmes, 790 etc. I must look it up, I presume its all on the site here.
