iPhone 6s App not working

I have downloaded the app to my new phone and it will not open. This is the message I get. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried to press report but it does nothing. Help lol

Do you not have an app at all now then? or do we just need to access it via the internet on our phones?

That is correct. Just access MiniMins using the safari/chrome/opera/firefox browser on your phone.
