I only use the maintenance bars they are yummy!! It costs €3.95 for one bar (I'm 99% sure of that) but I buy a multi pack of 7 bars for €19. xx

Yep they are expensive I suppose but they are really handy for breakfast if your in a rush- I tend to have mine with a cup of tea and skimmed milk before work and they are really really filling. The bars are quite thick so the best way to eat them is to cut them up into about 8 pieces and have them with tea-you couldn't just bite into them!!
